I believe this is as WDDM 1.1 driver or Windows Experience Index issue with the Intel Mobile Intel 965 Express chipset family because based on my experience it happens on multiple systems with this Intel Mobile Intel 965 Express chipset family and together My Windows Experience Index to work so I can review and get my systems score.

Never had software/hardware issues on either systems and however it worked for Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit and after I installed a clean install of Windows 8 when I try to run the Windows Experience Index and runs for 5-10 minutes and then it can't go pastĪnd complete the following assessment: "Running the Direct3D 10 Texture Load Assessment" and when I try to cancel the test I see and get the following message: "The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed. I have a Dell Studio Hybrid 140G and Sony Vaio VGN-NR180E both running a new and clean install of the evaluation version of WindowsĨ Enterprise 64-Bit on the Dell Studio Hybrid 140G and Windows 8 Enterprise 32-Bit on the Sony VAIO VGN-NR180E and whats strange is after I did a clean install on Windows 8 the Windows Experience Index assessment wont complete and both systems
